Cosmic Power (Japanese: コスモパワー Cosmo Power) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Generation III.
Effect
Cosmic Power boosts the Defense and Special Defense of the user by one stage each.
If powered up by a Psychium Z into Z-Cosmic Power, the user's Special Defense stat raises another stage.
