Rising Voltage (Japanese: ライジングボルト Rising Volt) is a damage-dealing Electric-type move introduced in Generation VIII.
Effect
Rising Voltage deals damage. If the target is affected by Electric Terrain upon the move's execution, Rising Voltage's base power is doubled to 140.
