The Latiosite (Japanese: ラティオスナイト Latiosnite) is a type of held item introduced in Generation VI. It is a Mega Stone associated with Latios.

If held by an Latios, allows it to Mega Evolve into Mega Latios if its Trainer has a Key Stone. Each Trainer can only Mega Evolve one Pokémon per battle.
Unaffected by item negating effects (such as Embargo and Klutz). Item manipulating effects (such as Trick and Fling) cannot give Latios a Latiosite or remove a Latiosite from Latios.
Outside of battle
If held by an Latios, allows it to Mega Evolve into Mega Latios when it performs a Spectacular Talent during a Pokémon Contest Spectacular while its Trainer has a Key Stone. Latios will remain a Mega Latios until the Talent Round ends.

In Omega Alpha Adventure 1, Latios and Latias were revealed to have obtained their respective Mega Stones. Using the Latiosite in combination with his Mega Bracelet, Ruby was able to Mega Evolve Latios and soar in the sky. He later Mega Evolved Latios again to battle Zinnia and her Mega Salamence at the Sky Pillar.
