is a dual-type Water/Psychic glitch Pokémon.
It is the Yellow equivalent of ゥL ゥM 4. It is obtainable by using Method #3 of the Mew glitch with a Pokémon that has a special stat of 198.
Its cry is a slowed-down version of the song when the player enters the Hall of Fame.
Being that is a hybrid of Slowpoke, there is a chance that it will use Slowpoke's sprite.
