Tsuguo Mogami (Japanese: 最上嗣生 Mogami Tsuguo) is a Japanese seiyū for the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Mogami was born on January 8, 1980 in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. He began to provide voices for Pokémon in the Best Wishes series. He has since provided the voices of several Pokémon and characters of the day. His most notable roles are Driftveil City Gym Leader Clay and Team Flare scientist Xerosic.
