The Fire Memory (Japanese: ファイヤーメモリ Fire Memory) is a type of held item introduced in Generation VII. It is one of the memories, which are associated with Silvally. It corresponds to the Fire type.
In the core series games

If the holder uses Multi-Attack, it becomes a Fire-type move.
RKS System changes a Silvally holding this item to its Fire-type form. Item-manipulating effects (such as Trick and Fling) cannot give Silvally a memory or remove a memory from Silvally.
Outside of battle
RKS System changes a Silvally holding this item to its Fire-type form.

In the anime
In SM054, Gladion used a Fire Memory on his Silvally to make it a Fire type, allowing it to melt the ice from Lusamine's Absol's Ice Beam that had frozen it in place.
