(Japanese: アルセウス Arseus) is the last Legendary Pokémon of Generation IV and the final Pokémon in the National Pokédex as of that generation.

Arseus is classified as the "Creation Pokémon", and is said to be the creator of the Pokémon universe. Dialga and Palkia are said to be alter-egos of Arseus, and it also created Yuxie, Emrit, and Agnome.

This is the fourth event legendary Pokémon, which can only be received during a Pokémon event or a Nintendo event.
