Sootopolis City
You will arrive in Sootopolis City. Talk to Steven. You will go automaticaly to the Cave of Origin. Talk to the guy at the end and choose Sky Pillar when he asks you a question. Now go to the Sky Pillar by surfing the Route 126 to Route 131.
