Warm-Up Tunnel (Japanese: 慣らしの洞穴 Warm-Up Cave) is a part of the Isle of Armor in the Galar region. It connects to the Training Lowlands to its south and the Potbottom Desert to its north.

Warm-Up Tunnel is a straightforward tunnel between Training Lowlands and Potbottom Desert. It also has a side path that leads to a dead end. The tunnel is one of the places where Max Mushrooms grow on the Isle of Armor.
