Titles (Japanese: 称号) are a feature in Pokémon Masters EX introduced in version 2.42.0. They are short decorated phrases that the player can feature on their profile. They are accessible from the menu. Players will be notified about obtaining a title upon returning to the Pokémon Center.

Normal
In addition to the titles listed below, the player can earn titles for each playable Trainer (except Scottie and Bettie) by spending stamina while the Trainer is on the player's team. Using 10,000 stamina with a Trainer on a team unlocks the title "[Trainer's name] Fan"; using 50,000 stamina will unlock the "[Trainer's name] Super Fan" title.
