Route 132 (Japanese: 132番水道Water Route 132) is a water route located in south-central Hoenn, connecting Pacifidlog Town and Route 133. The route is dominated for most of its length by a rapid current that prohibits any controlled movement while Surfing, thus making it a westbound route only.

Route description
Route 132 begins as a normal water route at its eastern extent, allowing Trainers to freely Surf along the path. Near a string of rocks, however, the current along Route 132 picks up, turning the route into a one-way, east to west only, path.
At the start of the current, the route separates into three paths. The lowest path leads to a large island that plays home to a Trainer. This path is also the route that Trainers destined for the Sealed Chamber on Route 134 must follow. The center pathway leads to a small, rock-filled island home to a Trainer and a Rare Candy. The northern-most route passes two Trainers before merging with the center path as it becomes Route 133.
In Pokémon Emerald, four Trainers were added to a desolate island west of the sandy island on the southern portion of the route.
Items
All items on Route 132 can only be accessed with the use of Surf.

Route 132 appeared in Berry, Berry Interesting. After leaving Pacifidlog Town for Slateport City, Ash and his friends stopped by on an island filled with numerous Berry trees. While Ash practiced his Snorunt's inaccurate Ice Beam, May developed a new type of Pokéblock recipe she named "May's Purple Surprise", but almost everyone found it utterly disgusting. After the group stopped Team Rocket from stealing a bunch of local Berries, May caught herself a local Munchlax, the only Pokémon that found her new recipe appealing.
Route 132 first appeared in Talk About Timing, Treecko, where Wally evacuated Pacifidlog Town's last remaining citizen, an old man named (Japanese: ゲムじーさんMr. Gemu), from the way of a storm caused by Kyogre and headed to Route 132 aboard a raft guided by Ruby's Ralts, Rara. While sailing through the storm, Wally spotted a bag containing a Poké Ball with a Treecko inside floating in the waves and saved it. He was then confronted by Norman, who questioned why Wally had used his Cacturne's Needle Arm to pin the bag to a rock face and risked hitting the Poké Ball inside. When Wally responded that he had trusted his Cacturne to only hit the bag, Norman decided that he had witnessed Wally's true talent, just like the old man, unbeknownst to Wally, had told him he would, and invited him to come with him so that he could help him become a Pokémon Trainer, just like he had once promised he would do back in Petalburg City. Wally accepted the offer in the next chapter, so Norman took him for a training session at the Sky Pillar.
