The Mild Mint (Japanese: おっとりミント Mild Mint) is an item introduced in Generation VIII. It is one of the types of mints that change the effect of a Pokémon's Nature.

Effect

If used from the Bag, it changes the effect of a Pokémon's Nature on its stats to that of the Mild Nature, increasing its Special Attack stat and decreasing its Defense stat.

Games Description
SwShBDSPLA When a Pokémon smells this mint, its Sp. Atk will grow more easily, but its Defense will grow more slowly.
SVZA Having a Pokémon smell this mint can make its Sp. Atk stat grow stronger. However, its Defense stat may suffer.
