This is a list of Pokémon that appear in every regional Pokédex, listed in their National Pokédex order. This worldwide distribution is analogous to cosmopolitan distribution, the notion of a species that can be found anywhere on the planet.

There remain some Pokémon that have been included in every regional Pokédex since their release, such as Heracross, but no Pokémon was included in the Kanto Pokédex, the Paldea Pokédex, and the Kitakami Pokédex. The remaining Pokémon are listed by generation.

While these Pokémon have appeared in every regional Pokédex since their debut, they do not need to appear in every version of every regional Pokédex. The Unova Pokédex of Pokémon Black and White was expanded to become the New Unova Pokédex in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. The Sinnoh Pokédex of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, the Johto Pokédex of Pokémon Gold, Silver, and Crystal, the Hoenn Pokédex of Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, and the Alola Pokédex of Pokémon Sun and Moon were also expanded for their appearances in Pokémon Platinum, Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, and Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, respectively. Pokémon in the Isle of Armor Pokédex and the Crown Tundra Pokédex are counted as being in expansions of the Galar Pokédex and Pokémon are only required to be in one section of the Kalos regional Pokédex.
