Location of Blushing Beach in Lental. | ||||
| Pokémon world locations | ||||
Blushing Beach (Japanese: ニジイロビーチ Nijiiro Beach) is a beach in the Maricopia Islands of the Lental region.
Layout
The course starts near the shoreline of the beach with Crabrawler and Exeggutor. An Exeggutor blocks the next part of the stage, and to its left, there is a bush and a crystabloom. After waking up the Exeggutor, the course continues to the middle of some islands with Pyukumuku. A branching path is found here, which allows the player to reach a private beach on the left, or continue along the main path on the right to explore other rocky islands. The paths both lead to a beach with Alolan Raichu and red shovels.
The course is mostly unchanged during the night, though some of the Pokémon are different, and the red shovels on the beach are revealed to be Sandygast.

| Near the Water's Edge | Hey, listen up! I saw Pikachu chasing a fluffruit, and you’ll never guess what happened next...’cause it’s a secret! | Level 3 | The Pikachu on the beach at the end of the route can be lured with fluffruit across a small stream to a Stunfisk. I was hoping you could see them, too! | Level 2+ | At the start of the route, two Exeggutor are located close to a third sleeping Exeggutor. | Say Cheese! | Bellossom seems to react to the scan function. That might help you take a good photo of it. | Level 1+ | Bellossom can be lured out with a melody from behind the bushes at the end of the first stretch of beach. Once they start dancing, scanning will cause them to react. | Why, this is a fantastic photo! Well done! | Professor Mirror |
| Most Marvelous Muscles | That Machamp is always facing the sea as it poses. I’d like to see it from the front sometime. | Level 3 | Illuminating the Machamp on the main route with an Illumina orb causes the Machamp to flex its muscles. | Thanks! It really does have incredible muscles. | None |
| Hiding in the Sand | The way Octillery is eyeing the sand over there... Something’s about to happen—I just know it! | Level 1+ | A Stunfisk can be found in the alternate path near the underwater Octillery. Once the Stunfisk buried under the sand has been lured out with the scan function, hitting it with a fluffruit will cause it to discharge electricity (the fluffruit must first sink underwater to hit the Stunfisk). Its second discharge will shock the nearby Octillery. | My hunch about that sand was spot on! I do feel a little bad for Octillery, though. | Eye 4

| An Easy Mistake to Make | I hear that in one region, there’s a misunderstanding between Exeggutor and Crabrawler. Is that also true here in Lental? | Level 2+ | A Crabrawler at the start of the route can be brought closer to an Exeggutor using a trail of fluffruit. Once they are close enough, Exeggutor will begin to chase the Crabrawler away. | Ah! So even here in Lental, Crabrawler mistakes Exeggutor for a regular coconut tree. | None |
| Sitting and Waiting | Hey, it looks like that Zangoose is waiting for something. What do you suppose it is? | Level 2+ | A Primarina on the far right at the start of the route can be illuminated with Illumina orbs. Primarina will then reappear on the alternate route. Activating a crystabloom close to the Primarina will cause it to sing, and the Zangoose on the beach will become happy in response. | Oh, Zangoose was waiting for Primarina’s concert! It looks so happy to be there! | Hat 4
(Sticker) |
| When Archenemies Meet | We saw Seviper and Zangoose on the beach. I’ve heard they’re supposed to be rivals. Do you think that’s true even in Lental? | Level 2+ | A Primarina on the far right at the start of the route can be illuminated with Illumina orbs. Zangoose will then run towards the left towards a bush hiding a Seviper. Seviper can be brought out of the bushes with fluffruit, and two will begin to battle. | Wow, what a battle! They weren’t kidding about those two having an ancestral rivalry! | None |
| Inkay by Moonlight | Heh heh! Pretty good shot, huh? I saw even more Inkay out there, too, so I bet I could get a group shot of ’em. | Level 1+ | Feeding fluffruit to all the Inkay along the route (taking the main path), will cause them to gather at the end of the route. Playing a melody will cause them to line up and jump up together in the air. | Oh! Nice shot! Hey, wait a sec... Aw, man! Your photo’s got more Inkay in it than mine! | None |
| A Casual Gesture | Have you ever seen Octillery scratch its head? It only does it rarely, so it’s hard to catch on camera. | Level 2+ | A Seviper will come and intimidate the Octillery on a rocky island on the main route. If the nearby crystabloom is activated, it will spray ink at the Seviper. It will then scratch its head after Seviper flees. | Yes! That’s it! How cuuute! Thanks for getting that shot for me! | Rita (Smiling) |
| Fins Aflutter | At night, there’s a Pokémon that emits a pink glow as it swims. Why not make it the subject of your next photo? | Level 2+ | Throwing Illumina orbs at the Finneon will then cause them to leap into the air. | Wow! That’s a great photo! I’m very impressed! | Todd |
| Bigger! Even Bigger! | Sandygast takes control of other Pokémon and makes them scoop more sand onto it. It might even get bigger than this sand dune! | Level 2+ | A Crabrawler at the last beach can be brought towards a Sandygast with a trail of fluffruit. Sandygast will then use Hypnosis on Crabrawler, causing it to go to sleep for a short period. Once it wakes back up, Crabrawler will throw sand at the Sandygast, causing the Sandygast to grow in size. | Whoa, I never expected to see one get this big! That’s a pretty remarkable moment you captured there! | Effect 14
