A Flying Taxi was seen flying off in the sky when the driver notes how the wind feels great. He informs the passenger who is revealed to be [[Leon]] that they are arriving soon, addressing him as Champion. Leon corrects him saying that he is the former Champion now, having being defeated.
 
On the [[Isle of Armor]], a Galarian Slowpoke is seen relaxing on a beach with a Wailord out on the ocean, [[Avery]] is seen levitating his opponent requesting for another battle while a Alola Diglett pops out from the ground, [[Klara]] is seen hunting for Max Mushrooms where she mistaken an Amoonguss for a Max Mushrooms and gets scared by it, a wild Krookodile and a Midday Form Lycanroc was seen growling at each other. [[Honey]] is seen sweeping outside the [[Master Dojo]] with a Squirtle and Bulbasaur helping her out before noticing someone has come to visit. The visitor then pushed opened the door and [[Mustard]] greeted the visitor which is Leon saying that it has been a while since he last visited which Leon agrees that it has been a while, greeting his master. Honey is then seen serving the Taxi Driver who is resting outside the Master Dojo some tea, he takes a sip when a loud explosion was heard in the [[Battle Court]] behind the dojo. The driver spitted out the tea and was shocked by the explosion, with Avery wondering what was happening hearing the explosion and Klara and Amoonguss was seen shocked by the explosion. Leon's Charizard and Mustard's Mienshao was seen facing off on a burning battlefield before Mustard ended the match. Leon is impressed by his master's strength while Mustard says that Leon has grown stronger but he denies it saying that he still have much to learn. Mustard says that having a strong rival will help one become stronger and reach new heights which he looks forward to battling all out. Leon takes out an envelope and chuckles, noting that his master already knew his plans. A Kubfu was seen on the mountain looking at Leon and Mustard when Mustard asks what does Leon plan to do next, Leon says that he is off to visit some strong trainers and then flew off to send out the invitation letters.

The Flying Taxi was then seen leaving [[Hammerlocke]] when the driver ask Leon where are heading off to next, Leon chuckles before reaching for his pockets. On the train travelling towards the [[Crown Tundra]], a person woke up to a phone call by Leon while seeing [[Peony]] chasing after his daughter [[Peonia]]. Silihoutes of Zarude, Tyrantrum and Aurorus was seen outside. A Galarian Moltres is then seen flying over the sky, a Galarian Zapdos running the snowy fields and a Galarian Articuno levitating on the sky. Various people and Pokémon was seen outside [[Wyndon Stadium]] enjoying the festival. A Cinderace was seen juggling and kicking a ball of fireworks into the sky. Spectators in the stadium watches the fireworks happily while [[Sordward]] and [[Shielbert]] looks on from the side. The spotlight then shined on Leon who gave his speech. In his speech, he says that brave challengers from all of Galar have gathered here and he has spend his whole life battling himself in order to become the greatest Trainer. Throughout his battles, he realized that with a proper rival to battle with, one can go much further and get more stronger. After having taking over the running of the Pokémon League from Chairman [[Rose]], he wants to bring even more thrilling battles to the wonderful Galar region. [[Milo]], [[Nessa]], [[Kabu]], [[Bea]], [[Allister]], [[Opal]], [[Bede]], [[Gordie]], [[Melony]], [[Piers]], [[Marnie]], [[Raihan]], [[Hop]], [[Mustard]], [[Avery]], [[Klara]] and [[Peony]] was seen walking out onto the field before Leon declares the [[Galarian Star Tournament]] opened. A person then walked in with Leon inviting the person to have more amazing battles.

Pokémon: Twilight Wings—The Gathering of Stars (Japanese: 「薄明の翼」 EXPANSION ～星の祭～ Twilight Wings Expansion: Festival of Stars) is a special episode of Pokémon: Twilight Wings to commemorate the release of The Crown Tundra of the Pokémon Sword and Shield Expansion Pass. It was first released on The Pokémon Company's official Japanese YouTube channel on November 5, 2020 and was released on The Pokémon Company International's official English YouTube channel and Pokémon TV on November 17, 2020.

Plot

A Flying Taxi was seen flying off in the sky when the driver notes how the wind feels great. He informs the passenger who is revealed to be Leon that they are arriving soon, addressing him as Champion. Leon corrects him saying that he is the former Champion now, having being defeated.
