Meditate (Japanese: ヨガのポーズ Yoga Pose) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Generation I.
Effect
Generation I to VII
Meditate increases the user's Attack by one stage.
Meditate can be used as the second move of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining 1 bonus appeal point if Calm Mind was used in the previous turn.
If powered up by a Psychium Z into Z-Meditate, the user's Attack stat rises another stage.
Generation VIII onwards
Meditate cannot be selected in a battle.
