Corey (Japanese: ソラオ Sorao) is a character from Mewtwo Strikes Back. His Japanese voice actor is To'oru Furuya and his English voice actor is Ed Paul.
Corey was one of the only trainers to make it to New Island. He made it by flying on the back of his Pidgeot. Along with Neesha, Fergus, and Ash and his friends, Corey witnessed the revelation that Mewtwo was trying to destroy the world.
Corey tried to defeat Mewtwo's clone Venusaur using his Venusaur, Bruteroot, however, Mewtwo's Venusaur easily defeated the Grass/Poison type with a Vine Whip, sending it flying. He also tried using his Rhyhorn against Mewtwo.
Like those of the other trainers on New Island, all of his Pokémon were cloned by Mewtwo.

Trivia
- In the Latin-American Spanish dub of the movie, he was mistakenly referred to as Gary Oak.
- In the English dub of the movie, he mistakenly refers to his Pidgeot as Pidgeotto.
- His Japanese name contains "sora" meaning sky, although he only has two Template:Type2 Pokémon.
- The method as to how Mewtwo's Venusaur beat Bruteroot was similar to how Duplica's Ditto defeated Ash's Bulbasaur.
- Corey's appearance looks similar to the Cool Trainers in Gold and Silver.
