Mirage Tower (Japanese: げんえいのとう Phantom Tower) is a location in Hoenn that only appears in Pokémon Emerald. It will disappear and reappear on Route 111 when the player visits and leaves Route 111. The tower is four stories tall; the top floor contains two fossils. To get to the top, a Mach Bike and HM06 (Rock Smash) are required. Wild Sandshrew and Trapinch can be found in the tower.
Finding Mirage Tower
Mirage Tower is located on Route 111, in the desert. Mirage Tower only starts to appear after talking to the Ruin Maniac in Fallarbor Town. The tower appears randomly.

After one of the fossils is taken, the tower collapses and the other fossil will sink into the sand and the tower never comes back. However, the other fossil can be found in the Desert Underpass after defeating the Hoenn Elite Four and Champion.
