I say this because all the times I got it wrong were because of that mistake. I learned that it shouldn't be like that, and then exploiting this glitch became easier than finding a wild Pidgey. I've managed to replicate it several times since that post (and today I managed to do it on the first try, but only the first try). I'm trying to figure out what this other factor is: the position from where you cross between the two locations, how many tiles you move before stopping, exactly which part of the tune you need to turn it off at, if Repel affects it (which as far as my research indicates, it doesn't). The factor behind this all is finding a wild pokémon in Route 20! If you find a wild pokémon in Route 20, this glitch won't result until you get out of there (either by landing or by flying) and then return. What I think right now is that you found a wild pokémon at those times you were unable to repeat it. That must be it! Please reply fast! However, I noticed something interesting: I succeeded right after using a Repel (with GB Sounds on while I used it) then crossing to Cinnabar, then right after taking Baoba's call, then right after using the Black Flute (this was me trying to do it this way). Those were the only times I managed to get it to work today. I also tried the White Flute, but I didn't get it to work. So it seems it works after closing the bag or something, because IIRC those are the only times it's worked when I was using it registered. So glad we finally figured this out. I've found it also works in reverse (Cinnabar to Route 20 rather than Route 20 to Cinnabar). The align coding is broken and may stop working at any time. It is also used redundantly in many places, which I am removing rather than replacing - which is why there is often a dramatic size decrease associated with my edits. Though technically Explorers are still unfinished as I am missing few dungeons (10 to be precise, some are Sky-exclusive such as the Destiny Tower) and I had to use Debug Mode for few dungeons on Rescue Team (mainly the four event dungeons due to save failure disallowing WM a normal way; plus Raikou's, Suicune's, Ho-Oh's and Mewtwo's dungeons due to being lazy and not having required HMs :P). Time and Darkness' map was slightly pain in the ass, because if not our German friends, I would have no idea where Craggy Coast is on the map (as Time/Darkness map =/= Sky map, Sky is the one I have in-game), all due to being close to another location >_< Marked +-+-+ (talk) 16:35, 23 August 2012 (UTC) Glitch Names When you upload glitch names, please use their in-battle names. Ripping the name from the Pokédex can be problematic because 1) The Pokédex will not always display the glitch's name properly and 2) The coloring of the blocks in the name is different. Otherwise it messes with line spacing and can make the name look off-centered. That's also the exact height of a tile in the games so it makes it more accurate too. Oh, and when you upload the R/B names, you can just make the background white, that reddish color is there because of some offset in the palette. I was editing through the Yellow Glitch Pokémon, when I came across PkMn pゥぁ ゥぇ (D6). Right now, it just redirects to a disambiguation page called PkMn pゥぁ ゥぇ. I wanted to know since if it is one, I wanted to set up a basic page for it to be edited later. (Especally, since it is unusual for two glitches to have the same name.) No title, no Japanese title and translation, no synopsis, no major events, the Pokemon and human information only has characters that appear in every chapter. However, there is a certain point when it goes over the line. The staff had no issue with your messages until you started screaming at and insulting the user. You have been warned on several occasions about keeping your cool when somebody does something wrong, you simply cannot resort to using all caps and screaming whenever you do not like something. If you could no longer handle the situation without stooping to personal insults, the correct action would be to report it to a member of staff and let them take care of it from there, not continue to bully and harass users, especially new ones. But please accept this suggestion: it's normaly easy to add the Game locations thing. Just follow the model from the other articles. And if GCL (I see you consulted it: it's what must be done) doesn't say anything under "By TM/HM", then create an empty table. Besides, the lack of the pokédex entry, the type effectiveness and the sprites aren't enough to consider the article a stub: it already deserves to have just got the incomplete sign. (Since GlitchDex is a low-traffic project, I hate when people create stubs there - well done) And in case it's just incomplete, don't leave the empty titles there: state them on the sign. While your efforts to pitch in with the project are appreciated, it would be better to do more than simply remove the headers and some information. This project require not only the removal of the headers, but condensing and reworking the information into one or more paragraphs. So, most of the biology sections have to be completely rewritten. Just removing the headers is making it difficult to keep track of which Pokemon have and have not been completely reworked. If you would like to help, please work on condensing the information into one or more cohesive paragraphs. Just remember that the section needs to be singular through out, and that Pokemon from Gens I, II, III need links to the "List of Pokemon by habitat" page integrated into their text. To be honest, I didn't even know there was an English Nintendo Direct website at all; the main source of Nintendo Direct presentations since I knew about them has been YouTube; I can imagine that some other viewers have had a similar experience. YouTube (at least from my experience) also seems to have a little more notoriety/is more well-known than the Nintendo Direct website, so there's more exposure to the Nintendo Direct for individuals unfamiliar with Nintendo's website, and there's bound to be individuals who first encounter the Nintendo Direct videos on YouTube. Also, it doesn't hurt for the reader to know that there's a second official source (and from what I see, it seems to be the only other official alternative, unless there happens to be Nintendo Direct videos uploaded to Nintendo's accounts on Facebook or Twitter or something) for Nintendo Direct videos. Some users may want to embed Nintendo Direct/Pokémon Direct presentations somewhere or link to a specific point in the video, and YouTube seems to facilitate those purposes more for viewers compared to the uploads on the Nintendo Direct website. Nintendo also seems to have the majority of their videos uploaded on their YouTube account rather than hosting them their own official website (nintendo.com), which indicates that they're using YouTube as a major/primary video platform and want Nintendo Direct videos to be accessible there, too. Those assumptions about the type of 'M are correct (the 'M (FF) and 'M (FE) won't affect item 6's quantity or set Cubone as seen when caught). The "item creation glitch" I am referring to is a different glitch to item duplication. It is a select glitch involving an item 14 (Pokémon 14) swap. A video of it can be found here. The mechanics are that the Pokémon's nickname's first character changes item 2's quantity, the second character changes item 3's identifier and the third character changes item 4's quantity; plus you get other items, though what determines them I haven't looked into. In that way, you can message a little faster. Also, in your edit to Chickasaurus's talk page, it says in your edit summary that you edited "Re2:About the edit I did in the Mew glitch article", which is actually false and which is I am involved in that section.
