Here I'm listing some Trainers who I came up by myself.

Maxy

Maxy

Maxy is a Trainer from Lavender Town. He's specialized in collecting Pokémon (his motto is, "There's no such thing as an uncatchable Pokémon"). However, he has also once entered the Ever Grande Conference and won it. He also later entered the Lily of the Valley Conference, where he was ranked to Top 4. He has also defeated the Orange League, Kanto's Battle Frontier, and the Pokémon World Tournament, due to him missing the Unova League. He's currently traveling through Kalos with Lila.
Maxy is specialized in catching Pokémon with "rare moves", meaning moves that the Pokémon cannot usually learn or moves that notably differ from the Pokémon's type(s). For example, his Magmar knows Psychic, Psywave, and Thunder Punch, his Hitmonlee knows Blaze Kick, his Rhydon knows Surf and Whirlpool, and his Ninetales knows Hypnosis, Confuse Ray, and Solar Beam. This interest of his begun as he found out that his starter Pokémon, Wartortle, had learned Confusion.

• After catching these Legendary birds Maxy decided let them roam around Sinnoh so they wouldn't attract too much attention to him. He can, however, join them back to his team whenever he likes by sending one of his other Pokémon to summon them. As they are technically under of his possession, they are safe from being caught by other Trainers.

• Maxy found this Mew as it was hurt for an unknown reason. He caught it with a Heal Ball in order to heal it and spent a while with it after this before he let it go.

Alex

Alex

Alex is Maxy's rival from Saffron City. He once entered the Silver Conference, but lost and was ranked to Top 32. About a year later, Alex and Maxy met for the first time. Alex challenged Maxy to a battle, but lost after a dramatic clash of both Trainer's Tyranitar. After this, they promised each other to battle again at Hoenn League.
Alex and Maxy faced each other again in the Ever Grande Conference, and in the end, Alex lost again. Even though this caused him to be eliminated from the tournament, he was ranked to Top 8. He later participated in the Lily of the Valley Conference, where he was once again defeated by Maxy, and was ranked to Top 16. His achievements since then are unknown. Like Maxy, Alex is currently traveling through Kalos.
Alex is known to be a former member of the criminal organization "Dark Lightning", but he left it in order to travel and train on his own. He even released the Weavile and Magneton he had obtained while serving for the organization.

Lucas the Dark

Lucas the Dark

Lucas the Dark is a mysterious Trainer who has defeated Alex thrice; once during the Silver Conference and twice in unoffical battles, from which the latter two he won with his mysterious Pokémon. After the third loss, Alex swore to defeat him after he would have competed in the Sinnoh League. During the Lily of the Valley Conference, Alex found out about the Pokémon's identity, and in a battle following the tournament, defeated it. They have also battled twice in Unova, and Alex has won both of the battles. He has also kept secretly following Alex to Kalos.
Lucas is a member of "Dark Lightning". Even though there's not much know about the organization, Lucas is known to have a notably high position in it.

Ener the Ruler of Dark and Lightining

Ener is the leader of the mysterious organization called "Dark Lightning", and he refers himself with the title The Ruler of Dark and Lightning. Not much else is yet known about him, except that he's specialized in collecting and training Electric and Dark-type Pokémon, which he has worth for an army. Always when a member of "Dark Lightning" gets a promotion for enough high position, Ener gives this member a strong Pokémon to be used.
Even though Ener's past is mostly unknown, he refers his secret plan to be "getting back his legendary army", mentioning that he once controlled several Legendary Pokémon, but, for an unknown reason, lost control of them, causing them to escape.
Ener has some yet unknown plans for Unova's Legendary Pokémon Zekrom, and he intends to use his ex-servant Alex in order to fulfill his plan of capturing the legandary Dragon Pokémon.

Fred the Starter Collector

Fred the Starter Collector

Fred the Starter Collector is a calm and peaceful Trainer from New Bark Town. At the beginning of his journey, he decided to catch and collect every existing starter Pokémon. After fulfilling his goal, he started traveling through Kanto and challenge the eight Gym Leaders. After this he competed in the Indigo Plateau Conference, and was ranked to Top 4. After the conference, he briefly returned home, where he heard about Unova, and decided to head there in order to catch all of the region's starter Pokémon. On the way, he also decided to enter the Unova League. It is unknown where he is now.
Fred is a very powerful Trainer, as he has been able to capture and tame the Legendary beasts. He caught them to "thank" them for saving his grandfathers from dangerous situations, saying that now it was his turn to protect them. However, he soon realized that he couldn't keep them in his team without attracting too much attention, and gave them away.

Lila

Lila is a Trainer from Celadon City. She has competed and won the Orange League by defeating Drake, proving herself to be a very strong Trainer. She also competed in the Silver Conference, where she was ranked as the runner-up. She's currently travelling through Kalos along with Maxy. Although they are friends, they also consider each other as worthy rivals. She usually moves around by flying on the back of her Charizard, "Charles".

Kevin is a young Trainer from Fuchsia City with an arrogant and self-confident nature. He's not afraid to challenge any other Trainer he meets, even if they're clearly stronger than him. He admires Koga and masters some basic ninja tricks. He has caught the Weavile and Magneton that Alex once released. He's currently wandering around Kalos, looking for new challenges.

Kevin's outlook is partly based on Konohamaru from Naruto.

• I came up with Maxy's name while thinking about Maxie.
• Alex's name I picked from Alex Davis.
• Lucas's name I took from George Lucas, the director of the Star Wars movies.
• Ener's name is the Finnish version of Eneru's name in One Piece.
• I was thinking about Fred Weasley from Harry Potter when I came up with Fred's name.
• Lila's name I modified from Lyra.
  • I didn't base Charles's name on the word "Charizard". I didn't actually notice the match until afterwards.
• Kevin's name I took from Kevin.
