• In a reference to Mawile's National Pokédex number of 303, the song was released on March 3, has a duration of 3:03, and Miku's Character Vocal number designation on her shoulder, "01", is replaced with "303".
• The song uses video game music that relates to Fairy-type Pokémon including Mt. Moon (Clefairy), Laverre City, Glimwood Tangle, and rival character Bede.
• Miku's costume incorporates several different items from the main series games. She wears a Mega Ring on her wrist, a Fairy Feather in her hair, and carries a microphone with a Love Ball motif. That same microphone's design is also potentially based on the Pokéblock Case, the only difference being its pink color, and the Poké Ball being replaced with a Love Ball.
• Miku's design and all the Pokémon featured in the music video include a red ribbon. It may be a possible reference to the Destiny Knot item, as well as a popular East Asian legend known as the Red Thread of Fate. The item's effect directly relates to the song's theme of faking infatuation to win someone's heart, and fool them later.
