Filter (Japanese: フィルター Filter) is an Ability introduced in Generation IV. Prior to Generation VI and in Generation VIII, it was the signature Ability of Mime Jr. and Mr. Mime. In Generation IX, it is the signature Ability of Revavroom.
Effect
In battle
Filter reduces damage from super effective moves by 25%. For example, a move that would do 2× damage will do 1.5× damage instead.
Outside of battle
Filter has no effect outside of battle.

In Explorers of Time, Darkness, and Sky, Filter reduces the damage received from supereffective moves by 25%.
In Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, it reduces the damage by about 12.5%.
Pokémon UNITE
In Pokémon UNITE, Filter is Mr. Mime's Ability. After this Pokémon uses a move, it reduces the damage received for a short time.
