Tsuguo Mogami

Tsuguo Mogami (Japanese: 最上嗣生 Mogami Tsuguo) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime. He was born on January 8, 1980 in Saitama Prefecture, Japan.

Mogami began to provide voices for Pokémon in the Best Wishes series. He has since provided the voices of several Pokémon and characters of the day. His most notable roles are that of Clay and Xerosic.
