Feebas (Japanese: ヒンバス Hinbass) is a Water-type Pokémon.

Feebas evolves into Milotic by maxing out its Beauty condition, which is achieved through feeding it Pokéblocks.

Pokédex entries

Pokémon Ruby
Feebas's fins are ragged and tattered from the start of its life. Because of its shoddy appearance, this Pokémon is largely ignored. It is capable of living in both the sea and in rivers.
Pokémon Sapphire
While Feebas's body is in tatters, it has a hardy and tenacious life force that enables it to live anywhere. However, this Pokémon is also slow and dimwitted, making it an easy catch.
Pokémon Emerald
Feebas live in ponds that are heavily infested with weeds. Because of its hopelessly shabby appearance, it seems as if few trainers raise it.
Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen
Ridiculed for its shabby appearance, it is ignored by researchers. It lives in ponds choked with weeds.

Name origin

Feebas's name is a combination of feeble, or small and weak, and bass. Its Japanese name is a combination of 貧 hin, poor, and bass.

As its name suggests, Feebas is probably based on a bass. Fee could also mean as in money like it is very hard to find or it is as bad as Magikarp

In the games

In the games, Feebas is an extremely rare Pokémon, one that can only be found by fishing on one of six tiles randomly scattered throughout Route 119's water tiles. These six tiles are randomly generated for each game, and randomly change whenever the Trendy Phrase in Dewford Town changes.
