Amnesia (Japanese: ドわすれ Memory Lapse) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Generation I.

Effect

Generation I

Amnesia increases the user's special by 2 levels.

Amnesia will do nothing if the user's special has reached a level of +6 or a value of 999. The effect of Amnesia is ignored by critical hits.
