Ult's Dragonite (Japanese: ウルトのカイリューUruto's Kairyū) is Ult's second Pokémon. It is housed within a Dusk Ball.
History
With Salt
In a flashback shown in HZ129, it was revealed that Dragonite was Salt's main Pokémon. At some point in the past, Dragonite was used in a battle against an AlolanDugtrio, which led Salt to gain Dugtrio's respect and begin traveling with him.
With Ult
Pre-series
In a flashback in Friends as Two, Me and You, Salt was shown giving Ult his Dragonite, telling it that when the day comes that Ult fights to protect someone else, that is when it fights on his behalf. For some time, Dragonite remained hidden inside its Dusk Ball, without Ult knowing the Pokémon's true identity.
In Friends as Two, Me and You, Dragonite came out of its Dusk Ball once again in order to battle Indy and Rubella's Darmanitan. After Mega Evolving, it defeated Exceed's Rabsca before defeating the Darmanitan.
In The Six Heroes Unleashed!, Dragonite was used was used alongside the rest of Ult, Liko, and Roy's Pokémon to battle against five of the Six Heroes, who were under the influence of the Super Strong Spheres. Together, they stalled for time to allow Pagogo to purify the Laquium away from the heroes' bodies, but the Explorers used the Super Strong Spheres once more on them. In the next episode, despite its efforts, Dragonite gets knocked out by Coral's Glalie's Laquium-afflicted Self-Destruct.
In HZ125, Dragonite was used to battle Lucius's Gouging Fire. Desptie struggling at first, Dragonite was able to defeat Gouging Fire after Mega Evolving and using Twister to send it crashing into its cage.
In HZ135, Dragonite teamed up with its friends to stop the Laquium Core when Spinel merged with it, causing it to awaken.
Description: A combination of Twister and Draco Meteor, used during Ult's battle against the Black Rayquaza. Mega Dragonite prepares a Twister in which Draco Meteor lands and starts spinning around before Mega Dragonite launches the attack at Black Rayquaza.
