This is a list of events in Pokémon Sleep. All events in Pokémon Sleep begin and finish at 4:00 a.m. local time, which is the time at which a day in Pokémon Sleep starts.
Good Sleep Day

Good Sleep Day events are three-day long events held monthly during full moons. Players tracking their sleep during Good Sleep Day events will have their Snorlax's Drowsy Power multiplied and receive various bonuses.
New Moon Day

New Moon Day events are three-day long events held monthly during new moons. During New Moon Day events, Darkrai has a special appearance rate, and Pokémon are less likely to become full during the first snack time of the day.

February 9 - 16, 2026
The Valentine’s Day 2026 event returned during February, with Snorlax's requested dishes being Desserts/Drinks. In celebration, one new Dessert/Drink recipe was added to the game, the final Strength gains from dishes were boosted and Pokémon who collect Pure Oil, Soothing Cacao, Greengrass Corn and Honey were more likely to be encountered. Cutiefly and Ribombee debuted during this event.
This event provided the following bonuses, which applied to all in-game areas:

- Dishes were set to Desserts/Drinks.
- A few Pokémon of different sleep types would appear during sleep research regardless of the player's sleep type for that day.
- Pokémon that gather Pure Oil, Soothing Cacao, Greengrass Corn and Honey were more likely to appear during sleep research.
- Some Pokémon had a boosted Shiny appearance rate.
- Final Strength gains from dishes were multiplied by 1.5 (or 3 for Extra Tasty dishes or 4.5 for Extra Tasty dishes on Sunday only).

January 19 - 26, 2026

The Super Skill Week event returned with Super Skill Week Part 3. This event focused around helper Pokémon with the Skills specialty, offering special boosts for them and boosting their encounter rate. Shuckle debuted into the game during this event. The limited-time Mini Candy Boost function was available.
This event provided the following bonuses, which applied to all in-game areas:

- The main skills of helper Pokémon with the Skills specialty were 1.5 more likely to trigger.
- Main skill levels of helper Pokémon with the Skills specialty were boosted by 3 when they triggered.
- The limited-time Mini Candy Boost function was available.
- A few Pokémon of different sleep types would appear during sleep research regardless of the player's sleep type for that day.
- Certain Pokémon were be more likely to appear during sleep research.
- Greater Appearance Rate: Shuckle.

December 29, 2025 - January 12, 2026

To celebrate New Year, the New Year 2026 event was held at the beginning of January. Pokémon that made their debut in 2025 were more likely to appear, and those that normally didn't spawn on Greengrass Isle could be encountered there. Event-exclusive functions, such as Dream Coin Event Exchange and Candy Cram-o-matic were available.
During the event, players would get Dream Coins from the first sleep research of the day, limited-time missions and other players in the Research Community screen. Alternatively players who did not have the Research Community function unlocked received Dream Coins through Gifts.
The Event Exchange was available from December 29, 2025 to January 14, 2026 and allowed the players to exchange Dream Coins for the following items:

December 22 - 29, 2025

The Holiday 2025 - Double Dream Shard Research event returned by the end of the year. During the event, Ice-type Pokémon were more active and new Pokémon species debuted into the game: Cetoddle and Cetitan, Togedemaru and a special Spheal wearing a holiday wreath. Shiny Pokémon had an increased appearance rate as well. The Candy Boost function was made available during the event. As usual, players could receive Dream Gifts on December 24 and 25. The Snorlax during the event had Rawst Berry (gathered by Ice-type Pokémon) and Belue Berry (gathered by Steel-type Pokémon) as one of its favorite berries. If the player participated in the event in an Expert area, Rawst Berry was Snorlax's main favorite Berry, and Belue Berry was set to be one of the sub-favorite Berries.
The event provided the following bonuses, which applied Greengrass Isle and Greengrass Isle (Expert):

- Main skill Dream Shard Magnet S was twice as effective.
- The limited-time Candy Boost function was be available.
- Each time an Ice-type or Steelp-type helper Pokémon brought ingredients, it had one extra.
- The chance of an Ice-type or Steel-type helper Pokémon’s main skill being triggered was multiplied by 1.25.
- Main skill levels of Ice-type or Steel-type helper Pokémon were boosted by 3.
- A few Pokémon of different sleep types would appear during sleep research regardless of the player's type for that day.
- Increased Shiny Pokémon appearance rate.
- Increased chance of encountering the following Pokémon:
- Much greater appearance rate: Spheal (Holiday), Togedemaru, Cetoddle and Cetitan.
- Greater appearance rate: Pikachu (Holiday) and Eevee (Holiday).
- Slightly greater appearance rate: Alolan Vulpix, Alolan Ninetales, Delibird, Spheal, Sealeo, Walrein, Snover, Abomasnow, Glaceon, Pawmi, Pawmo, and Pawmot.

December 1 - 8, 2025

The Packed Portions Cooking Week Part 2 event returned in December. It focused on Pokémon with the Ingredient specialty, with some adjustments having been made from the Part 1 of the event. Spiritomb debuted in the game during this event. Helper Pokémon recovered more energy from dishes and the cooking pot size was larger. The limited-time Mini Candy Boost function was available.
The event provided the following bonuses, which applied to all in-game areas:

- The player's cooking pot was 2 times larger (or 4 times larger on Sunday only).
- Pokémon recovered 5 additional Energy from dishes.
- Main skill Ingredient Magnet S and Ingredient Draw S effect ×1.5.
- Final Strength gains from dishes was multiplied by 1.25 (or 2.5 for Extra Tasty dishes or 3.75 for Extra Tasty dishes on Sunday only).
- Helper Pokémon with the Ingredients specialty brought one extra ingredient.
- The limited-time Mini Candy Boost function was available.
- A few Pokémon of different sleep types would appear during sleep research regardless of the player's sleep type for that day.
- Certain Pokémon with the Ingredients specialty and Pokémon with the Ingredient Magnet S or Ingredient Draw S main skills were more likely to appear during sleep research.
November 10 - 24, 2025

The event held in this period was Amber Canyon Debut. In celebration of the newly introduced Amber Canyon area, the three Pokémon lines added along the area to the game, two of which exclusive to Amber Canyon, (Trapinch, Bagon and Dwebble) were made available on Greengrass Isle for two weeks. Two sets of limited-time special missions with rewards including Trapinch Incense, Bagon Incense and Dwebble Incense were available during the event. The first set of missions was available for the whole event, while the second set of missions was available starting from November 17, 2025.
This event provided the following bonuses, which applied only to Greengrass Isle and Amber Canyon:

October 27 - November 3, 2025

The event held at the end of October 2025 was Halloween 2025 — Double Candy Research in a celebration of Halloween. During this time, Ghost-type Pokémon became far more common. Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist that debuted a week earlier, as well as an Eevee wearing an orange witch's hat were able to appear. Halloween Pikachu, Gengar, Drifblim and Skeledirge were able to appear on Greengrass Isle during this event as well. A new ingredient: Plump Pumpkin, and two new recipes: "Role Play" Pumpkaboo Stew and "Scary Face" Pancakes were added to the game. The number of candies gained from sleep research were boosted by ×2 during the event. The Snorlax had Bluk Berry (gathered by Ghost-type Pokémon) as one of its favorite berries and main favorite Berry in Expert Mode.

October 4 - 13, 2025

The event held at the beginning of October 2025 was Sleep Style Discovery Week Part 2. This event helped the players fill in more entries in their Sleep Style Dex. Pokémon sleep styles that haven't been registered by the player in their Sleep Style dex were easier to encounter.
This event provided the following bonuses, which applied to all in-game areas:

September 29 - October 6, 2025

The Buncha Berries Week Part 1 was held by the end of September. Following the Super Skill Week event, this time the event focused on helper Pokémon with the Berry specialty. The event featured boosted spawn rates for Pokémon with the Berry Burst main skill. Natu and Xatu also debuted during this event.
This event provided the following bonuses which applied to all in-game areas:

September 8 - 22, 2025

This two-week period was the Raikou, Entei and Suicune Research event, also called the Legendary Research event. Similarly to their respective events from the year before, was an opportunity to encounter the Legendary beasts Raikou, Entei and Suicune. The event was held in most areas where the three Legendary Pokémon could appear.
Players could get Pokémon materials from sleep research, limited-time missions, Research Community and Special Gift to trade them at the Event Exchange for Raikou Incense, Entei Incense, Suicune Incense, Main Skill Seed and the new Premier Biscuit item.
The Snorlax had the Grepa, Leppa and Oran Berries set as their favorite. The main skills of Electric-, Fire- and Water-type helper Pokémon on the player's team were given boosts during the event. Additionally, Electric-, Fire- and Water-type Pokémon had a greater appearance rate.
As the event was not held in Snowdrop Tundra and Lapis Lakeside, Raikou, Entei and Suicune did not have their appearance rate boosted in those areas.
- The Event Exchange was open to researchers from September 8 to 22 and allowed them to trade Pokémon materials for the following items:

- Pokémon materials could be obtained through sleep research once per day.

August 25 - September 1, 2025

As a prelude to the Raikou, Entei and Suicune Research event, the Triple Type Week was held by the end of August. This event featured boosted appearance rates for Electric-, Fire- and Water-type Pokémon. During the event, one Pokémon was guaranteed to be hungry during the first sleep research of the day. The limited-time Mini Candy Boost function was available as well.

The Super Skill Week Part 2 event was the follow up to the Super Skill Week. This event focused around helper Pokémon with the Skills specialty, offering special boosts for them and boosting their encounter rate. Toxel and Toxtricity were introduced during this event. The limited-time Mini Candy Boost function was available. This was also the first in-game event with the Expert Mode available.

July 14 - 28, 2025

Celebrating the 2nd anniversary of Pokémon Sleep's global release, the Second Anniversary Fest event introduced the Hoenn first partner Pokémon, their Evolutions, as well as Plusle and Minun to the game. Photo Mode was added during this event - a feature that lets you take and save pictures of a research site and the Pokémon in it. This event also provided various bonuses and exclusive effects to all players. The event was held for two weeks in all areas.

- During sleep research, one Pokémon was guaranteed to arrive hungry (once per day).
- The chance of each helper Pokémon’s main skill triggering was multiplied by 1.5.
- Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×1.5.
- The number of candies gained through sleep research was multiplied by 1.5 (once per day).
- A limited-time Dream Gift could be received each day.
- Dream Gifts appeared next to Snorlax each morning during the event in all areas. If the player didn't receive the Dream Gift from the home screen after logging in, they could accept it in their Gift Box. No Dream Gifts were awarded if the player didn't log in for the day. The contents of the Dream Gifts were randomized from a specific lineup, which was the same for all players, as follows:

- — Week 2 (July 21-27) —
- Final Strength gains from dishes were multiplied by 1.5 (or 3 for Extra Tasty dishes or 4.5 for Extra Tasty dishes on Sunday only).
- The limited-time Mini Candy Boost function was available.
- Certain Pokémon were more likely to appear during sleep research.
- A new limited-time feature Festive Flowers that gave various research bonuses was available. While available, the player could use the limited-time Festive Flowers to grow flowers in the planter near Snorlax’s feet. If the player used the various seeds given by Professor Neroli to make Festive Flowers bloom, they'd get research bonuses depending on the flowers' color. The player would get one Neutralizing Mint if they planted a white seed. When the player used a Neutralizing Mint, they could remove the effects a Pokémon’s Nature had on its helping stats. When the player started growing Festive Flowers, Professor Neroli would give them one Neutralizing Mint as a present. These effects were active only while the Festive Flowers feature was available.
- If the player tracked their sleep after they planted a seed, Festive Flowers would bloom when they woke up. Festive Flowers would bloom when the player logged in the following day, even if they didn’t conduct sleep research.
- If the player didn't plant a seed, one was chosen from their remaining stock and planted in the planter, and Festive Flowers would bloom when they logged in the next day.
- When Festive Flowers bloom, the player got additional research bonuses when they conducted sleep research, such as ×2.5 candies from the first sleep research of the day or ×3 helper Pokémon Sleep EXP. Once the player received these research bonuses, they would remain active for the duration of the event.
- There were five colors of seeds, and the player got one of each. Each seed gave a different research bonus based on its color:
- Red Seed - ×2.5 Candy from first Sleep Research of the day.
- Blue seed - ×3 Experience from first Sleep Research of the day.
- Yellow Seed - Guaranteed Hungry Pokémon from first Sleep Research of the day.
- Purple Seed - ×2.5 Dream Shards from first Sleep Research of the day.
- White Seed - Obtain a Neutralizing Mint.
- The player could see the bonuses each color seed would give you before they planted them.
July 7 - 14, 2025

Leading up to the Second Anniversary Fest, the Second Anniversary Prelude Event was held. Players were gifted 150 bonus sleep points every day for the entire week. The cooking pot was expanded for the event, and players gained more Dream Shards from sleep research.

June 23 - 30, 2025

Similarly to the year before, the Summer Festival 2025 event was held in June, with Farfetch'd debuting during this event. Snorlax's requested dishes were set to Curries/Stews, the dishes' final Strength gains were boosted and one new Curry/Stew recipe was added to the game. Water-, Flying- and Bug-type Pokémon had a greater appearance chance. The Candy Cram-o-matic feature returned, allowing players to exchange Pokémon candies and Dream Shards for a random Type Candy M.

- Dishes were set to “Curries/Stews”.

The new kind of event - Cooking Week - debuted with the Packed Portions Cooking Week Part 1 event. It focused on Pokémon with the Ingredient specialty and Pokémon with the Skills specialty with cooking-related main skills. This event introduced Mawile into the game. Helper Pokémon recovered more energy from dishes and certain Skills' levels were boosted. The limited-time Mini Candy Boost function was available.
The event provided the following bonuses, which applied to all in-game areas:

- The player's cooking pot was 60% larger (or 220% on Sunday only).
- Pokémon recovered 5 additional Energy from dishes.
- Main skill Ingredient Magnet S and Ingredient Draw S effect ×1.5.

This was a research event that had Researchers gather Cresselia Down that they could exchange for items that would allow them to meet the Legendary Pokémon Cresselia and have its power combine with Snorlax's Drowsy Power in order to fend off nightmares that the Pokémon Darkrai has been giving to other Pokémon. The Snorlax during the event had Mago Berry (Psychic type) set as one of its favorite berries.

The Paldean Wooper and Clodsire debuted during this event.

To celebrate New Year, the New Year 2025 event was held at the beginning of January. Pokémon that made their debut in 2024 were more likely to appear, and those that normally didn't spawn on Greengrass Isle could be encountered there. Event-exclusive functions, such as Dream Coin Event Exchange and Candy Cram-o-matic were available.
During the event, players could gather Dream Coins which worked similarly to the Legendary beasts events' currencies. Players would get Dream Coins from the first sleep research of the day, limited-time missions and other players in the Research Community screen. Alternatively players who did not have the Research Community function unlocked received Dream Coins through Gifts.
The Event Exchange was available from December 30, 2024 to January 15, 2025 and allowed the players to exchange Dream Coins for the following items:

The event held in this period was Old Gold Power Plant Debut. In celebration of the newly introduced Old Gold Power Plant area, the three Pokémon lines initially exclusive to the area (Aron, Shinx and Grubbin) were made available on Greengrass Isle for two weeks. Two sets of limited-time special missions with rewards including Aron Incense, Shinx Incense and Grubbin Incense. The first set of missions was available for the whole event, while the second set of missions was available starting from October 14, 2024.

Concluding the Legendary beasts Research events, the Suicune Research event featured boosts to Water-type helper Pokémon and allowed researchers to gather Suicune Mane to exchange for items to help in their pursuit of the Legendary beast Suicune. Like previous similar events, the first Suicune befriended by researchers will have identical Nature and sub skills for every player, and introduces the items Suicune Mane, which is traded on the event-exclusive Event Exchange for various items; Suicune Biscuits, which gives Suicune 6 friendship points when encountered (converted to Great Biscuits after the event ended); and Suicune Incense to allow researchers a guarenteed encounter chance for the Legendary Beast. There were also limited time event missions that gave Suicune Mane and limited time bundles available in the shop.
Unlike previous similar events, which are limited to Greengrass Isle, the second week of Suicune Research is also held outside of the island, being held at Cyan Beach and Lapis Lakeside as well. Note that for the first week, Suicune can still only be encountered on Greengrass Isle.
The Snorlax during the event will always have Oran Berry (gathered by Water-type Pokémon) as one of its favorite Berries. This event provides the following bonuses:

- Each time a Water-type helper Pokémon brings ingredients, it will have one extra.

The event held during this period is Water Type Week. In preparation for the Suicune Research event, players have a greater chance of encountering Water-type Pokémon, including Wooper and Quagsire, which make their debut on this event.
Additionally, Mini Candy Boost is activated for the event. An event-exclusive function, using Mini Candy Boost makes candies give 2× the usual amount of EXP when used to level up Pokémon, in exchange for using up to 4× the usual amount of Dream Shards. Mini Candy Boost can be used with a maximum of 50 candies per day, and can be toggled by tapping the button in the upper right corner of the Level Up screen (the function is on by default).

Celebrating the 1st anniversary of Pokémon Sleep's global release, the First Anniversary Fest event sees the introduction of the Paldea first partner Pokémon and their Evolutions to the game. The event also provides various bonuses and exclusive effects to all players. The event is held for two weeks: the first week of the event is exclusive to Greengrass Isle, while the second week of the event is held in all areas.
This event provides the following bonuses, which apply to the areas as noted:
- Week 1 (July 15−21)
The following bonuses apply only if the player does research in Greengrass Isle.- During sleep research, one Pokémon will for sure arrive hungry (once per day).
- 1.5× chance for all helper Pokémon's main skills to be triggered.

- Helper Pokémon with the Skills specialty will be able to bank up to two uses of their main skill. If the Pokémon has the Skills specialty has the magnifying glass pop-up above its head and it is tapped, it will sometimes use its main skill twice at one time.
- Adjustment that cancels any banked main skills that are ready to be used for any of the Pokémon on the player's team if the team's composition is changed.
- Some 3-star sleep styles will be able to be discovered on Greengrass Isle.
- The Strength gains from some dishes that don't require many ingredients will be increased slightly.
- Day 5: Announcements for future events:
- An event to make it easier to encounter undiscovered Pokémon sleep styles, scheduled for September 2024.
- A research bonus to Good Sleep Day events to make it easier to encounter undiscovered Pokémon sleep styles, beginning in October 2024.
- Day 6: To commemorate the first anniversary of Pokémon Sleep's global release, a gift of 2,000 sleep points, 1 Main Skill Seed, 10 Poké Biscuits, and 3 Friend Incenses are given out to all players.
- Day 7: The introduction of the Good-Night Ribbon feature, to be implemented in early August. The Good-Night Ribbon can be obtained by helper Pokémon based on their amount of shared sleep, and provides various effects that can be further improved by leveling up the Ribbon.

Coinciding with the release of Cramorant in Pokémon Sleep was the Summer Festival event. This event happened over all islands (Taupe Hollow did not have any boosted encounters) and featured Water, Flying, and Bug-type Pokémon. During the event Snorlax's requested dishes were set to Curries/Stews. This event also introduced the Candy Cram-o-matic feature that allowed researchers to get a random Type Candy M by exchanging Dream Shards and 40 Pokémon candies, up to four times a day. During this event there were limited-time missions to complete and shop bundles which were available for purchase.

Following the Raikou Research event, the Entei Research event is held, featuring boosts to Fire-type helper Pokémon and allowed researchers to gather Entei Mane to exchange for items to help in their pursuit of the Legendary beast Entei. This event was exclusive to Greengrass Isle, with the first Entei befriended by researchers having identical Nature and sub skills for every player. This event introduced the items Entei Mane, which is traded on the event-exclusive Event Exchange for various items, Entei Biscuits, which gives Entei 6 friendship points when encountered (converted to Great Biscuits after the event ended) and Entei Incense to allow researchers a guarenteed encounter chance for the Legendary Beast. There were also limited time event missions that gave Entei Mane and limited time bundles available in the shop. At the conclusion of the event, Entei was added permanently to the encounter pools of Greengrass Isle and Taupe Hollow.
Similar to the Raikou Research event, there was an Event Exchange open for Entei Mane which utilised the same obtainment methods. Entei Mane were easier to obtain then Raikou Mane, with each Pokémon dropping an extra mane after research compared to the Raikou Research event. However, the gifts at the start of the week given to researchers without the Research Community Screen had their values increased from 50 manes per gift to 70 manes per gift.

The Mini Candy Boost effect returns, which allows Fire-type Pokémon to be more easily leveled by doubling the experience from candies in exchange for four times the usual amount of Dream Shards required per candy for up to 50 candies. This event also introduced the first type-specific candy in the release of Fire-Type Candy S, which gives a researcher 4 candies of the selected Pokémon as opposed to the 3 of a regular Handy Candy.

Coinciding with the release of Comfey in Pokémon Sleep was the Flower Festival event. This event happened over all islands and featured Grass and Fairy-type Pokémon. During the event Snorlax's requested dishes were set to Salads.

March 25 − April 8, 2024

The event held during this period is Raikou Research. The Legendary Pokémon Raikou debuts during this event at Greengrass Isle, and marks the first appearance of so-called "Special Pokémon" in the game. Special Pokémon is a classification of Pokémon in Pokémon Sleep, which has the restriction that a player may only have one Special Pokémon on their team (note that they can befriend more than one of each Special Pokémon). For all Special Pokémon, the first befriended Special Pokémon’s Nature and sub skills are identical for all researchers.
During this event, players will be able to gather samples of Raikou Mane, which is traded on the event-exclusive Event Exchange for various items, including Raikou Incense and Raikou Biscuits. The following lists and elaborates on all of the various event-exclusive features:
- Raikou Mane is a currency that can be gathered by the player during the Raikou Research Event. Raikou Mane is not classified as an item; instead, players may check the amount of Raikou Mane they have gathered via the Event Exchange menu. After the Raikou Research event ends, players may still trade samples of Raikou Mane until the Event Exchange closes, at which point any remaining Raikou Mane will be lost.
Raikou Mane can be gathered by the following:- Doing sleep research on Greengrass Isle, which yields various amounts of Raikou Mane depending on the Pokémon species and sleep style encountered. Players can gather Raikou Mane from sleep research once per day; no Raikou Mane can be obtained from the second sleep research of the day. Researching Electric-type Pokémon will yield a greater number of Raikou Mane.
- Completing limited-time missions. Two sets of missions will be available during the event beginning on each week.
- Purchasing the Raikou Research Bundles Vol. 1 and Raikou Last Chance Bundles Vol. 1.
- Research Community: Players may get Raikou Mane from other researchers in their research community who are participating in the same event. The chance of receiving Raikou Mane increases with the closeness level with each researcher.
- Players who cannot access the Research Community Screen instead are eligible to receive two redeemable gifts each containing 50 Raikou Mane, on March 25, 2024 and April 1, 2024.
- Raikou Incense works the same as any other Pokémon-specific incense, with the added restriction that a player may only have up to 1 Raikou Incense in their bag at any given time. Raikou Incense can be used even after the Raikou Research event has ended.
- Raikou Biscuit is a type of Biscuit that can only be given to Raikou, which gives it 6 friendship points. Once the Event Exchange closes, any leftover Raikou Biscuits in the inventory will be automatically converted into Great Biscuits.
- The Event Exchange is an event-exclusive shop open from March 25, 2024 to April 10, 2024. Players may trade Raikou Mane in the Event Exchange for the following items:

The Snorlax during the event will always have Grepa Berry (gathered by Electric-type Pokémon) as one of its favorite Berries. This event provides the following bonuses, which apply only if the player does research in Greengrass Isle:

The event held during this period was the Electric Type Week. In preparation for the Raikou Research event, players had a greater chance of encountering Electric-type Pokémon, including Dedenne which made its debut on this event. Additionally, the Mini Candy Boost was activated for the event.

- One Pokémon was guaranteed to be hungry for the first sleep research of the day. This hungry effect was separate from those of the Friend Incense and the Good Camp Ticket.

The event held during this period was the Valentine's Day 2024. It was a cooking-focused event, which introduced two new "Desserts/Drinks" recipes and increased the encounter rate of certain Pokémon. The Snorlax during the event had "Desserts/Drinks" as its cooking request.
This event provided the following bonuses, which applied to all in-game areas:

- The multiplier for Extra Tasty dishes was double as usual to 3×, or triple to 4.5× on Sunday.

The event held during this period was the Lapis Lakeside Opening. In celebration of the newly introduced Lapis Lakeside area, the three Pokémon lines exclusive to the area: (Dratini, Ralts, and Stufful) were made available on Greengrass Isle for two weeks. Dratini, Ralts, and Stufful would no longer appear on Greengrass Isle after the event, unless using that Pokémon's Incense. The Incense could be used on Greengrass Isle until February 19, 2023.

The event held during this period was Holiday 2023 — Double Dream Shard Research. This event introduced Pikachu (Holiday), Delibird, Snover, Abomasnow to the game. During the event players had an increased chance of encountering the Holiday Pikachu and Ice-type Pokémon. Dream Shards received from sleep research during the event were doubled. Candy Boost debuted during this event. It doubled the usual amount of EXP from Candies when used to level up Pokémon, in exchange for 6× the usual amount of Dream Shards. During the event the Snorlax had the Rawst Berry (gathered by Ice-type Pokémon) as one of its favorite Berries. Players could get Holiday Pikachu Incense and 60 Pikachu Candies from limited-time special missions.

This event marked the first time Flareon and Leafeon could appear during sleep research. Players could get Eevee Incense from limited-time special missions.
