Activating a Helper Pokémon with the Main Skill Dream Shard Magnet S or Super Luck (Ingredient Draw S).
A Pokémon can have one of two forms of Dream Shard Magnet S: fixed, or variable, where variable ranges from one-half of the fixed rate to twice the fixed rate. Super Luck (Ingredient Draw S) can yield a regular or a great number of Dream Shards depending on the draw.
In both cases, the amount of Dream Shards earned changes with Skill Level.

Uses
Once acquired, Dream Shards can be used in the following ways:
To expand the maximum capacity of the cooking pot.
To level up Pokémon from the Pokémon Box, when used with Candies. This method of leveling up is only unlocked after reaching the first Sleep Style Dex goal of studying 7 sleep styles.
To use the Candy Cram-o-Matic, a feature of some limited-time Pokémon Sleep events that allows the player you to convert Candy and Dream Shards into a random Type Candy M.
