Clangorous Soul (Japanese: ソウルビート Soul Beat) is a non-damaging Dragon-type move introduced in Generation VIII. It is one of the signature moves of Kommo-o.
Clangorous Soul raises the user's Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense and Speed by one stage each, at the cost of 1/3 of its maximum HP.
If all of the user's stats mentioned above are at +6 stages, or its remaining HP is less than or equal to 1/3 of its maximum, Clangorous Soul fails.

- Though Z-Moves do not appear in Generation VIII, Clangorous Soul could be seen as a downgraded version of Kommo-o's signature Z-Move, Clangorous Soulblaze; the moves' names are similar in all languages, and both moves increase the user's stats the same way, though Clangorous Soulblaze requires no HP decrease, and does damage to the opponent in addition to the stat increase it provides. And lastly, Clangorous Soul can be used more than once in a battle.
