Mt. Shady is an anime-exclusive location in the Sinnoh region, found near Lilypad Town. It appeared in A Rivalry to Gible On!.
Mt. Shady is known for a wild Gible who had a habit of taking out the Pokémon of just about any Trainer who attempted to catch it. The Gible used both Mt. Shady's grassy areas as well as its system of caverns in its attempts to evade being caught. Ash's companion Khoury eventually caught the Gible. There is also a lake where Team Rocket were after Gible, but they were blasted off by a Sharpedo.
