Megumi Mizutani (Japanese: 水谷恵 Mizutani Megumi) is an illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game and one of the Pokémon designers for Generation V, thus leading to other credits, such as conceptual character artist for Pokémon the Series: Black & White of the Pokémon anime.
