The Lost Item (Japanese: おとしもの Lost Item) is a Key Item introduced in Generation II. It is a Poké Doll belonging to Copycat.
In the game dialogue, this is also known as a Clefairy Poké Doll (Japanese: ピッピにんぎょう Pippi Doll).

In the Japanese games up to Generation IV, the Lost Item's description calls it a Clefairy doll (ピッピにんぎょう Pippi DollGSC, ピッピの にんぎょう Doll of PippiHGSS). This is based on the fact that the Poké Doll item is a Clefairy doll in the Japanese games.
In the English dialogue, Copycat calls this item a "Clefairy Poké Doll" (Japanese: ピッピにんぎょう)GSCHGSS, using the same Japanese name as the Poké Doll item.
In later generations where this is an unused item, it was changed into a Mime Jr. doll (in both English and Japanese).
