The Energy Powder (Japanese: ちからのこな Energy Powder), formatted EnergyPowder prior to Generation VI, is a type of medicine introduced in Generation II. It is a type of herbal medicine that restores a Pokémon's HP.

Generation II to VI
When used from the Bag on a Pokémon, it heals the Pokémon by 50 HP but lowers its friendship. It is consumed after use.
Generation VII onward
When used from the Bag on a Pokémon, it heals the Pokémon by 60 HP but lowers its friendship. It is consumed after use.

Trivia
- In Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, when pluralized or prefixed with the indefinite article, this item's name is rendered with a lowercase 'p' ("Energypowders" and "an Energypowder", respectively). In Pokémon Platinum and Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, both of these instances are corrected to display with a capital 'P', matching how the item's name would normally be rendered.
