The Duelist Region is the setting of the Pokémon Card GB games and consists of two small islands: GB1 Island and GB2 Island.

Without routes, the character walks directly to their desitinations. Thus, the only areas of interest are Pokémon Clubs, which are similar to Pokémon Gyms, a stadium for the Grand Masters, the Card Maniac's house, and Professor Mason's Card Lab.

As the game is focused on playing with Pokémon Cards, it is unclear if real Pokémon exist somewhere in the region, or even if it is set in the same universe as the other regions.
