Basculegion (Japanese: イダイトウ Idaitou) is a dual-type Water/Ghost Pokémon introduced in Generation VIII.
In the Hisui region, it evolves from Basculin.
Biology
Basculegion is a large, green fish like Pokémon. Its spine is aligned with a dark grey line, with a red line along it and extending around its cheeks. It has a pair of white pectoral fins and dorsal fins. Its body ends in a red flame like wisp.
Basculegion's evolution is said to be achieved by Basculin being possessed by the deceased souls of Basculin who did not survive the harsh journey swimming. When it senses danger, Basculegion will turn hostile and attack along with its souls until the enemy is defeated. The souls within Baculegion are said to have a will of their own. The souls can also give Baculegion power and swim on without even resting.[1]
Trivia
