The Pokémon School (Japanese: ポケモンスクール Pokémon School) is an anime-exclusive Pokémon academy in the Alola region. It first appeared in Alola to New Adventure! and is one of the main settings of the Sun & Moon series. The school is located on Melemele Island. In Alola, Kanto! the school celebrated its 20th anniversary. Sometime after The Professors' New Adventure!, the school was converted to be the base for the Ultra Guardians, which was first put to use in A Mission of Ultra Urgency!.
