Z4 is a glitch Pokémon found in the Yellow version of Pokémon by doing Method #3 of the Mew glitch with a Pokémon with a special stat of 195. Its Red/Blue equivalent is h POKé. However, since h Poké's Pokédex entry freezes the game, some players might want to trade a Z4 in order to get a h Poké.

When seen on the Pokémon list (the six Pokémon the player gets to use in battle), Z4 will appear as the bug symbol.
