Route 212 connects Pastoria City in the south to Hearthome City in the north.
The southern half of the route is always rainy, while the northern half is clear.
Head north from Pastoria City through the route to reach Hearthome City, then you can either continue east through Route 209 to Solaceon Town or fly directly there.
Both sections have trainers who use Pokémon in the Lv.19-21 range.
TM62 (Bug Buzz), TM06 (Toxic), and TM84 (Poison Jab) are found in the south section.
TM11 (Sunny Day) and the Rose Incense are found in the north section but require Surf and Cut respectively to reach.

The Pokémon Mansion is a large building on the east side of Route 212, accessible from the north gate near Hearthome City.
It is owned by Mr. Backlot, a wealthy collector who keeps rare Pokémon in the garden behind his mansion.
Talk to Mr. Backlot to learn which rare Pokémon he has placed in the Trophy Garden that day.
The mansion itself has no wild Pokémon encounters.
A Maid in the second room from the entrance gives you the Soothe Bell, a held item that speeds up friendship growth.
The Soothe Bell is useful for evolving friendship-based Pokémon such as Chansey, Golbat, and Budew.
The Trophy Garden is the garden behind the Pokémon Mansion, accessible through the back of the building.
Standard encounters include Pikachu, Pichu, and Roselia.
Once the National Pokédex is unlocked, each day, Mr. Backlot claims to have seen a rare Pokémon in the garden, which then appears for two days.
Talk to Mr. Backlot in the mansion to find out which Pokémon is currently available.
The rotating daily Pokémon include rare species such as Eevee, Porygon, and Chansey.
Eevee can evolve into eight different forms depending on your method of evolution, making it one of the most valuable Pokémon in the garden.
Porygon requires trading with an Upgrade to obtain Porygon2, and further trading with a Dubious Disc to obtain Porygon-Z.

Use the Secret Medicine obtained from Cynthia at Valor Lakefront on the Psyduck suffering from headaches to clear the path north.
After the Psyduck disperse, head north into the foggy section of Route 210.
Cynthia is waiting just past the blockade and gives you the Old Charm, a keepsake from her grandmother in Celestic Town, and asks you to deliver it.

The town has a special shop run by an old man who sells Dusk Balls, Quick Balls, and Timer Balls for $1,000 each.
These specialized Poké Balls are very useful: Quick Balls are effective at the start of battle, Dusk Balls work best in caves or at night, and Timer Balls grow stronger the longer a battle lasts.
A Black Belt in the town gives you a new Pokétch watch face.
A Team Galactic Grunt is standing at the entrance to the ruins, blocking access.
Defeat the Grunt to enter the ruins and deliver the Old Charm to Cynthia's grandmother.
Inside the ruins, examine the mural painting to the North and Cynthia's grandmother gives you TM95 (Surf) and the Pokétch Hidden Moves (Surf) app, allowing you to cross water and reach previously inaccessible areas.
After the exchange go out and Cyrus, the leader of Team Galactic, makes a cryptic speech about creating a new world before leaving without challenging you.
Surf opens up many previously inaccessible areas throughout Sinnoh, including the Swimmer trainers on Route 213, items behind water on Route 209 and other routes.
