The Careful Mint (Japanese: しんちょうミント Careful Mint) is an item introduced in Generation VIII. It is one of the types of mints that change the effect of a Pokémon's Nature.

Effect

If used from the Bag, it changes the effect of a Pokémon's Nature on its stats to that of the Careful Nature, increasing its Special Defense stat and decreasing its Special Attack stat.

SV ZA	Having a Pokémon smell this mint can make its Sp. Def stat grow stronger. However, its Sp. Atk stat may suffer.
