V-create (Japanese: Vジェネレート V-generate) is a damage-dealing Fire-type move introduced in Generation V. It is an event-exclusive move. Victini is the first Pokémon to have this move.
Effect
V-create deals damage. However, it also lowers the user's Defense, Special Defense, and Speed by one stage each.
