Terrain Pulse (Japanese: だいちのはどう Terrain Pulse) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation VIII.
Effect
This move effect may be in need of research. Reason: Is this a pulse move? Does Mega Launcher affect base power? You can discuss this on the talk page. |
Terrain Pulse deals damage. When there is no terrain active, Terrain Pulse is a Normal-type move. Under any type of terrain, Terrain Pulse's power doubles to 100 (type power-ups from the terrain will be put into effect in addition to this boost).
Terrain Pulse's type changes depending on the terrain at the time it is used.
- Electric-type if the battlefield is Electric Terrain.
- Grass-type if the battlefield is Grassy Terrain.
- Fairy-type if the battlefield is Misty Terrain.
- Psychic-type if the battlefield is Psychic Terrain.
