Nectar (Japanese: ミツ Nectar) is a type of item introduced in Generation VII that allows Oricorio to change forms.

To find it, they followed a Baile Style Oricorio to a hidden meadow, where they saw it sip Yellow Nectar from a flower and change into Pom-Pom Style Oricorio. Mallow took some Nectar from a flower as well, obtaining the ingredient she needed.
