Megumi Mizutani (Japanese: 水谷恵 Mizutani Megumi) is an illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game and one of the Pokémon designers for Generation V, thus leading to other credits, such as conceptual character artist for Pokémon the Series: Black & White of the Pokémon anime. She has also drawn several characters for Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire and Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!. She has provided illustrations for 103 different cards, starting in the Black & White Series with the Pansage (Next Destinies 6) card.
