It was initially distributed by Buena Vista Home Entertainment on DVD. It was released on DVD in the United Kingdom on June 6, 2005 with the catalogue number BUA0000501. Despite the box claiming that the release uses a 1.85:1 aspect ratio (The Camp Pikachu short shows in a Pillarbox format), only the main menu and trailers show in that ratio. The movie and special features actually show in a 4:3 aspect ratio. The DVD has English, French, and Spanish audio; with optional English, English for the hearing impaired, French, and Spanish closed captioning. The DVD release includes the following extras:

The DVD was re-released in 2016 under the slightly altered catalogue number of MIROPD2165-R2. This version lacks the Pikachu short and replaces the Miramax logo with a newer version and the Buena Vista Home Entertainment logo with the StudioCanal logo.

The movie was re-released again on DVD in the United Kingdom on August 16, 2021 by Paramount Home Entertainment, following ViacomCBS's co-purchase of Miramax.
