Florando (Japanese: ラフォールタウン Lafall Town) is an anime-exclusive town in Johto that was visited by Ash, Brock and Misty in the episode, Flower Power. It is located in between New Bark Town and Cherrygrove City.
Every year, there is the Pokémon Exhibition, a gigantic outdoor Pokémon entertainment festival where Pokémon Trainers and Pokémon come from around the world to put on shows and perform. This Exhibition is why Florando is famous.
While they passed through Florando, Ash, Misty, and Brock met Bailey, one of the performers in the Exhibition. They helped one of her Bellossom overcome its lack of confidence in its Contest-like performance.
