Tsuguo Mogami (Japanese: 最上嗣生 Mogami Tsuguo born January 8, 1980 in Saitama) is a Japanese seiyū for the Pokémon anime.

Mogami began to provide voices for Pokémon in the Best Wishes series. He has since provided the voices of several Pokémon and characters of the day. His most notable roles are that of Clay and Xerosic.
