Rotated online-exclusive decks
Six exclusive theme decks have been made unavailable to new players in the current version of the game. They are still accessible to players who have already obtained them.
Non-exclusive redeemable decks
- Main article: Pokémon Generations
Theme Decks corresponding to those from physical decks in the Black & White Series onward can be unlocked in Pokémon Trading Card Game Online by redeeming the deck-access codes included in theme deck boxes. Alternatively, the newer theme decks can be redeemed with Trainer Tokens or Gems in the in-game Shop. Redeeming a subsequent copy of a fully-unlocked deck adds another full copy of that deck's contents. Winning with 12 different computer-controlled opponents in the Trainer Challenge with one of these decks gives the player a Booster pack from the related expansion but only once per deck.
