Psywave (Japanese: サイコウェーブ Psychowave) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation I.
Effect
Psywave inflicts a random amount of damage. The minimum damage it can inflict is 1, and the maximum damage it can inflict is 1.5× the user's level.
In Generation I, the game will freeze if a level 1 Pokémon uses the move, though this error was fixed in later generations.
