Houndour (Japanese: デルビル Delvil) is a Dark/Fire-type Pokémon.

Name origin

Its name is a combination of hound and dour, or harshness. Its Japanese name is a corruption of devil.

Houndour is similar to a Dobermann, but it may have been inspired by Cerberus or other legends of hellhounds.
