Pokémon

Flaaffy. A ball of light in the Pokémon's fist. The user then hits the foe with a powerful punch that releases light when it makes contact.

Teddiursa. A ball of light forms around its paw as it charages the opponent, fist raised. It then strikes the opponent causing a burst of light.
